Chilli powder - ¼ teaspoon
Boiled egg - 4
Oil - 2 tbl spoon
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbl spoon
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Chicken masala - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Salt

Search for indolium/hindalium kadhai, it should be easily available in nearby utensil shops. However, if you want to follow traditional cooking method, you can use iron kadhai. Just don't leave cooked items in iron kadhai for a long period of time, food items start to get black color texture.
