Ingredients:
For Filling:
Prawns / Shrimps - 1 cup / Around 200 gms
( cleaned, washed & deveined )
Salt - ½ tsp
Cooking Oil - 3 tbsp

Green Chillies - 2 ( finely cut )
All-purpose Flour / Maida - 1 ½ tsp ( sieved )
Milk - ¼ cup / 60 ml
Black Pepper powder - ½ tsp
Cream Cheese - 5 tbsp
Salt - ½ tsp
For Dough:
Water - 1 ½ cup / 375 ml
Salt - ¼ tsp
Salted Butter - 2 tbsp
All-purpose Flour / Maida - 1 ½ cup ( sieved )
Egg White - 2 ( lightly beaten )
Breadcrumbs for coating
Cooking Oil for deep frying
