Ingredients for preparing 24 muffins:
420g cake flour.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
3 teaspoons baking powder.
Mix it into a homogeneous mass.
85g unsalted butter, softened.
200g sugar.
10g vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract).
2 large eggs at room temperature (55-60g each).
Add them one at a time, mixing for 30 seconds each time.
85g odorless vegetable oil.
60g Greek yoghurt or sour cream.
375g milk at room temperature.
Pour in half the milk.
Mix it into a homogeneous mass.
Add the dry ingredients.
Pour in the rest of the milk.
Mix it at low speed.
Fill the muffin tins 3/4 full.
Bake in a preheated oven at 140°C without fan on the middle rack (or 120°C with fan). Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool down.
To prepare the glaze:
200g dark chocolate.
200 g milk chocolate.
50 g odorless vegetable oil.
80-90 g roasted, chopped peanuts (I used them with salt).
Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the glaze to harden.

Ingredients:
125 g soft butter
125 g sugar
Stir until smooth.
Add 2 eggs, one at a time
125 g flour
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Peel of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon yoghurt.
Grease a baking tray with butter
Sprinkle with flour
Fill 2/3 full
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 °C for 15-20 minutes.
Cover with glaze.
100 g icing sugar
Lemon juice.
Add gradually until a homogeneous, thick consistency is achieved.

I think I would dip them in chocolate instead. Looks super good!! Thanks for printing recipes, cook temp and bake time. It is frustrating seeing something I’d like to do, and there are nothing but photos. Makes no sense. There should be an “i see, you see” channel. Be it food, crafts, cars, homes, whatever, just photos. No writing. No recipes.
