There is a great difference between Asian cooking and other countries in globe. All the cutting is manual , all the spices and curry requirements grinding is manual , the tastes are many more than just salt and pepper , the number of items in breakfast , lunch , dinner are minimum 4 or more . The dish has all fragrances and tastes and the cooking hours are 2 hours minimum. The food is fresh not at all frozen and thawed . The cooking homemaker adds love to every recipee. The global cooking is cutting polythene precut , frozen veggies , meat , fruits and adding preserved sauces and completed within seconds.
