I've never seen anyone base their process on moka pots. Doesn't seem it would lend itself to automation, but this guy seems to have a good flow.

Is it allowed to put a coffee van on the street? In Vietnam the police will come, get all the stuff and you must pay money to take everything back 😂

Tamping coffee in moka pot is totally wrong. It causes chanelling.
