They should have just sourced CVT box from Honda or Renault-Nissan for this NA engine, and given DCA to the iTurbo engine.

Gagan has some issues with Tata cars. DCT se compare kr rha hai is price point pe. It's far better than those torque converters, CVTs, AMT. Tata has done a commendable job with this gear box.

jo itna technical nhi janta(jo ki jyadatar log aise hi hai), wo kharida leta hai aur chalata rahta (usse ghanta koi fark nhi padta gear change, rpm etc.) (but your video is very informational, so thank you)

07:07 Autopark lock feature is not working in my new Altroz DCA. Tried for 30 minutes yesterday, and the car kept moving and fortunately I was able to jump in just in time.

AMT ka performance 20000km ke bad bahut bekar performance deti hai, kyunki usa clutch jaldi ghis jaata hai. Phir bahut jhatke ati hain. Naya AMT chala ke bahut badia lagta hai, kabhi purani waali ko chala ke dekho!

@@dr.shrikanthadole7691 I did not say every AMT will get a problem but the clutch will have to be replaced much earlier. There is a change in AMT behaviour as kilometres get piled up.

We can save the clutch by driving with a light foot and by shifting to N when the vehicle is not moving.

i am not a performance oriented driver and almost bought this before I noticed the door latch hazard. I hope the facelift comes with a dedicated latch along with the door lever. in case of impact, the latch can be triggered off in stead of the lever. same door lever is in punch as well.

@@akshatkhedekar8561 you must have seen the car locks with a door lever and a plastic switch (maruti mein red color dikhta hai jisme jab unlock hota hai) from inside eg. maruti, hyundai, mahindra etc. you first unlock the switch and then you pull the lever to open the door from inside. In newer Tata cars, the switch is removed. The lever in itself acts as a lock when you push the lever a little bit into the door. This can be troublesome if a child is sitting on the front passenger seat on someone's lap and pulls the lever while the car is running. Now, as per rules and safety standards you can not have a child on the front seats, and I also follow that, but you never know even if your bracelet or female handbag strap gets entangled in the lever, it can get pulled. example video: kzbin.infoHdYFlGmA-Qs?feature=shared

Our Indian cars are underrated because of our own KZbinrs give bad reviews.Maruti Suzuki still selling Alto ,wagonr ,swift .These cars are the one of most selling cars despite their average interior .Maruti suzuki is the most selling in india but they don't provide much comfort compared to other cars and their cars design is not attractive.

Tata Altroz deserve to get a variant with Nexon's Turbo charged engine with DCA. Its totally unfair and wrong done by Tata by providing Altroz with the same engine as is provided with a lower category punch, Tiago and Tigor. Altroz and Nexon deserve to get same engine and with DCA. Also, Altroz deserve a sunroof also. If Hyundai can provide with i20, why Tata cant ? Let tiago, Punch and tigor continue with present lower engine configuration.

Problem with Tata car is it buys all components from China and steel made by Tata so if you just want build quality go for Tata but if you need overall package with updated technology go for Korean

Your point is right. I did say the Chinese part during the shoot but due to audio issue, I recorded the video again and forgot to mention again. Also missed the part where the brand imports almost everything from china unlike Tata or MG who source parts from India as well.

my newly purchased Altroz DCA from autovikas dealer in faridabad is lacking oil From Day 1 from DCA transmission. This is the first batch of Altroz DCA and we are used by TATA Motors as Beta Testers of their half baked product. I want some other AT car without this DCA gearbox.

Ptanai tata kya cha rha hai. Itna confused hai khud hi. Nexon mein AMT de rkha hai. Altroz mein iturbo mein DCA dena chaiye tha but normal mein de dia, punch aur altroz ka rate same. Don't know who is there planner.

Market demand ki upor depend korte hein ...90% altroz sales comes from 1.2NA , YT review mein joo bolte heij , market mein wo nehi hoten, company koo market demand ki hisab se car bonane hote hein , Altroz turbo mein sales itna khaas nehi hein , jinko Turbo sahie wo Nexon por shift hote hein ...DCA Tata ne abhi developed ki hein ... Nexon Amt 4 saal se jyada ho geya tab Tata ke pass Dca nehi thein ... Aur Nexon ki Automatic demand utna jyada nehi hein ....As a Premium hastback , Altroz ke sath wo Amt dena nehi sahte thein ...probably Nexon next generationein hi Dct ayenge ... Tata wants to test this DCA with lower capacity engines so that it can observe, learn and bring it to higher capacity engines along with giving drivers the ease and comfort of dual clutch transmission while keeping in mind the reliability aspect as well.. if this goes successful Tata will nail it in coming years.
