I own an exact same model Tata Nano CX 2010 BS4... However I am getting a mileage of only 15kmpl in Kolkata City Traffic. I have changed all the parts suggested by the Service Centre i.e Spark Plugs/ HT Cables/ Coolant/ Engine oil etc... But I am unable to get a better mileage. I rarely use the the clutch except while changing gears. Please can you suggest how I can solve the issue.?

Ideally, running your car b/w 1500 -1800 rpm is best suited to derive optimum mileage. Maybe you could be exceeding your gear speed ranges. Try early gear shifts. Also, if you've replaced the old parts w/ newer ones and still face issues then I'm really not sure what the problem could be unfortunately. You could check at GoMechanic - they offer really good service & I say this out of experience, not promotion.
