Thanks Brother. You removed my confusion specially with city and economy mode drive. You have shown nicely as how car picks up in 1st gear with city mode and also with economy mode. I took a test drive last month and was very disappointed with pick up as the showroom guy might have switched on economy mode (may be considering me a learner) as I got in car after he put on ignition.

TATA left many things like front arm rest and rear ac vents and specially the worst locking system which can be opened when car is at cruising speeds. I booked creative but cancelled and went for nexon. These may look small but biggest mistakes from TATA. People will definitely feel it in the long run at some point.

Good explanation ... Owner of accomplished Variant .... I have one doubt in steering .... Its very hard to rotate on highways... Little bit in low speed ... Is it normal or can we make it little lighter ?

Steering of any car should not rotate much on highways (making you're possibly going at a good cruising speed)... This is to avoid the car veering off or rolling over due to accidental side rotation of the steering wheel at high speed. This is called heaviness of steering and is a precautionary feature. It's not a defect

Everytime I turn to economy mode, after few seconds automatically it changes to city mode..............is this common. I have tata punch base model.
