Indian Govt should have a separate Ministry for Research and Development. This Ministry should get dedicated budget. States can also follow the Central Government in Research and development.

I am persuing aeronautical engineering in Bangalore and I feel that there are a lack of passionate people only they are prepare for job and social pleasure and most of the students wanted to go abroad they feel there is no scope in India for aeronautics

When did India develop a gas turbine or gas engine or jet engine ? So no commercial or fighter aircraft’s, dependence on others for ship and submarine engines etc . Core is gas engine .
