Hey Vaibhav, you have asked this question at right time. I checked the mileage with tank fill method, it is turned out to be 13.2 km/l in heavy Bangalore traffic with mostly AC ON this summer. I am pretty happy with the mileage, fuel cost in Bangalore is about INR 75.00 per litre. And I am yet to check the mileage in highway. I am driving 17km from home to office (one-way) in 1 hour or 1.30 hour depends upon traffic. Hope this helps!

i got mine delivered on 8th april and have done 700kms so far, all city ride. i would say that this is a core tata car . my dashboard has already started rattling , the ac is weak , my left door does not latch on and needs some replacement, the infotainment system is pathetically slow, this car is very noisy and the noise creeps into the car. the pros i would say that the drive is smooth and i have never felt it to be under powered. the speakers are good. the milage i was getting was 8kmpl which has increased to 11kmpl and after service it is expected to increase to 15-16 in city ride.

Renuka mam have one episode about automatic cars, waiting for ertiga automatic review, tigor is tiger, 7lakh may be for top end, but airbags, abs should be standard in modern days car. Review was very nice.

I wish you would soon start mentioning about the braking power of cars. I have purchased a tigor and it’s been over a month. Nice suspensions, ac is good, power delivery is linear I drove a whooping 2000 kms from Kolkata to Pondicherry and it was comfortable. Only draw backs were the BRAKES. Seriously, they could have done a lot better. Anyways thanks for this wonderful review 😊

there is lot of international road drives happening these days be it brand promo like renault did india to france and some for adventure ,I personally feel that indian auto journalist should choose Indian cars be it Mahindra or Tata. there by creating awareness of indian engineering and change perception of indian cars,of course these rides must be sponsored but I suggest next time try indian vehicles for international trips

Hi Autocar team, have a quick question. I recently bought the Tata Tigor XZ+ model, after 2 days of driving under city conditions in City mode. The engine noise is too loud and it's little annoying inside. Also when i shift from 2 to 3rd gear there is bit of vibration inside the car, though shifting gears is smooth - is this a common problem with this model? Would like to know whether ECO mode is good in City traffic conditions or can we use City mode itself.

Hi. I have just bought tata Tigor 2 days back and I am facing an issue with the infotainment system. The Bluetooth is not connecting to any phone tried with Samsung note 5 I phone 5s, 6 and 7 and if it does (after multiple tries) and I play the media (songs) all songs are auto forwarding and skipping. Please guide what can be the issue.

Good points covered compared to other reviews. Especially shut lines not aligned and refined. Would like to hear why Tata cars fails to impress. Look at Zest not much acceptability. Is Tata still struggling to build image in passenger car segment. I am looking for compact sedan and awaiting to compared facelift Dzire 2017. Hope to get crisp and critique reviews. Overall good review with background noise taken care. Appreciate if you can add sub titles as the review progresses. Finally Tata themselves seems to have some doubt as they haven't offered automatic variant. Anyways let us see how this model pulls up. But good design attempts especially the boot area. Not sure of the foot rest as in Zest this was missing. The color choice in Tigor is good.

The front bumper makes it look weak. The car displayed at the geneva auto show had much better looking bumper. I think tata should change the bumper to complete the look and balance the weak looking front compared to stylish back.

Agradeep Mandal every company carry it's brand cues ahead eg. fluidic designs of Hyundai. Tigor do have some clues of indica but look closely and it's totally different and desirable.
