Her hair would probably get stuck, Those hand free mics are not the best at picking up the sound either. With a microphone you need to put it closer at quieter parts and move it further away when you get louder to not have any distortion. You can’t do that with a fixed mic.

For sure theres the stigma behind the wireless and it takes so much skill to sing with the hand mic and dance with this level of choreography. It’s so physically demanding just to dance let alone performing live vocals for more than a minute. I think that’s what really separates Tate. Her pro dance background matched with her dance breaks, stage charisma, and unique sound is truly the entire package.

One thing about Tate is she's going to take notes and improve everytime. People complained that her dancing was too spastic, so she's giving her most controlled performance yet. People complained that she was dancing instead of singing the final chorus, so she's doing an extended dance break. Moral of the story, people will always complain and Tate will always serve.
