Any comment people want to say about using your hands preparing certain foods shouldn't say a word. Here in the united states and other countries clean bare hands are used to mix ingredients or feel the texture of whatever is being prepared. There is NO indigenous Hausa tribe in Ghana, they are immigrants and live in Zongo settlements (communities). Btw my mum is Hausa/Fulani 😊 🇳🇬.
