Hey ate Joy. We're seeing ourselves in you hehe. Bumili din kami ng bahay sa Calgary last year. Though, we're still here in Mississauga because of our work, nagrerenta din kami ng basement dito. But the house we bought, a detached house, ay pinarerentahan namin thru a property manager. Mahigit isang taon na din under rent, so far ok naman po. Rental paid monthly din po. Pa 6yrs pa lang pala kami dito sa Canada. Galing nga po pala sa Dubai. I must admit na sa dami ng pinoy vlogger in Canada, mas malaman po yung mga vlogs nyo. Keep it up po. God bless.

My husband and I bought our first home in less than 2yrs na nung una akala ko hindi imposible pero kaya pala basta alam mo talaga kung ano ang goal mo. Wow! What a journey, ate Joy. You bought three houses within 5 years in Canada. Congratulations on that achievement. To make a long story short, she used her second house in PEI to buy the third house where she currently lives. I’m not sure if you get it. Buti nalang po kumuha po kayo agad ng “bahay” nung November 2020 kasi tumaas na ata presyo ng mga bahay the following year because of a pandemic. Their first home was an apartment, and I don't think it has a home equity. However, they moved in June of 2021. The interest rates at that time were good. She said it was a detached home. They put all their money towards that home like renovation, etc. And as time goes by, they are building a home equity on that home. And when they decide to sell it, they can use that home equity for a down payment on the next property. Sa mga first-time buyer, tiis-tiis lang. Makakakuha ka din just like me. Hi Joy, i can relate on your experience here in Canada. Its though but its possible to succeed. 3 years of working and saving, we bought our first home in Calgary. And just this year we sold our home and had a good profit. We realized na good investment tlga ang real estate. We've tried other venues to invest before pero lugi. Nwei, relate ako kasi we also sacrificed a lot when we were saving. We are very mindful sa mga expenses namin and we did not conform with what other people and social media says we should have and do to be happy. We can be happy in our simple ways. Right now, we have a duplex both units are rented (mortgage paying by itself through rent income) and we have a home with basement rental (generating more than half of our mortgage). And we still have our 30-40hrs work a week.

Question ko lang po, ano un future plans nyo besides paying the house in 10 years. Are you planning pa po ba na iflip un house or buy more este Mortgage more 😂 properties sa future? And about sa lifestyle nyo, plan nyo ba na icontinue un same lifestyle nyo na hindi mag eat out or medyo maluwag na un budget nyo since nakuha nyo na un gusto nyo na bahay. Wow ang galing Nyo 5years 3 house. ang anak ko nag housing loan din dyan sa Edmonton in 10years nag downpayment sila ng Kalahati last year tapos na ang mortgage payment nila sa Kelowna British Columbia naman ang balak nila bumili ng bahay.

the word "maka bili" means paid off na mortgage..paid off mo na ba? wala naman mali kung sasabihin mo na under mortgage un property.. wala kasi ako narinig kung paano mo nabayaran yun property mo maliban sa tipid tips na parang kahit anong tipid mo sa Canada eh imposible "makabili" in a span of 5 years.

Tama po kayo, napaka imposible po mapay off ang $1M+ worth of homes in 5 years para sa normal na taong kagaya namin. 😅 salamat po sa clarification and sa panunuod. Itatama po namin nxt time.
