The second installment in the ""Tattooed Kin-san vs Miss Ninja Thief"" series. While the regular cast, including Kin-san, continues from the previous story, a new twist is introduced with Yuko Kotezawa playing the role of the Miss Ninja Thief, who now also leads a double life as a newsvendor named O-Kon. Additionally, Kin-san’s mother, Mikoto (played by Mitsuko Kusabue), makes an appearance, adding a new layer to the story with a focus on the family dynamics through a mother-in-law versus daughter-in-law battle, bringing a charming home drama element to the series.
