You just knew that the way Lily was making eyes at Max during her first interview that she would be back in one of his videos later on! 😂😂🤣 Update: I just made it to the matching socks. When a guy and a girl are wearing matching socks, again, you just know they have taken their relationship to another level.

Fun! And yeah they can’t fire you in Japan if you are q regular employee. I’ve heard of cases where employees were reinstated even after burning their workplace down.

The quitting part - making employees quit - is probably mostly about money. It's cheaper for the company if they quit than if they are fired.

Very interesting Max. I think rules and those who they apply to and those who don't apply to can bend widely, must be a general Asian thing. Happens here in Thailand often. Healthcare here is virtually free at 30THB per person. And yes back home in the UK our NHS is free at the point of service. Its where all the tax payers money goes to. Being mixed is strange aint it. Would you ever consider visiting Thailand?

i havent spent a lot of time in japan but i will say the thing i like best and what really stuck out is i felt very comfortable being who i want and dressing how i wanted maybe this is from like a base level of respect for others people have or even better people just dont want to be a bother to others to a fault no matter the manifestation of it it is very noticeable im from the US btw born and raised in the south but even when i lived for 5 years in LA i couldnt fully express without getting harrassed

So did I get that right?... the reason the staff were NOT flexible to cater to the customers' needs, is actually because their service is so superior.

I was in japan in 2024 and 2023 food is amazing compared to US toxic food. I missed it everyday. Yes family mart and 7 eleven are not health better than most U.S. products. healther food is more expensive and pain to find.

I'd love to visit Japan but live there? Not happening. They have more than their share of old people sitting on park benches already. They don't need one more retired American.
