Now when using shapes likes heads, hands as reference to fill in color, shade inside, is that copyright safe/okay to do for commercial use. I know there are websites that sell vector images, and shape presets and I'm so scared about being sued. :0

You can easily create your own shapes by tracing a photo of yours. If you purchase a vector image, I think it’s also fine to use it for commercial purposes

iPad Air is a little better than the regular iPad 9th gen. But you can use Procreate on both devices smoothly. If you are a beginner to digital art, you probably can't even tell the difference. Make sure you get the right Apple Pencil as there are 2 different models. 😉
