Taunton Crasharama 2010 - Banger Racing

The annual Unlimited Crasharama 2010 at Taunton didn't have as many cars as previous years but was still a savage affair with Race 1 being highlight for many featuring a huge track blockage with plenty of big hits, which lasted throughout the day.

Great vid of a truly crap meeting, I thought Crasharama was meant to be a big banger racing meeting. I've been to most of the Crasharama's and this was a disaster. Won't be wasting my money there again. Keep up the great Vids Dalags, loving your work!

@racestation1 its a jag xj40 jackin a yank so its not gonna have a big effect n the volvo got most of the impact in the side which is the softest part so its gonna recieve alot of damage.

the winner is the first one across the line, we do a demolition derby at the end of a banger meeting and that's the last car running, we trash our own cars because we are out there to have fun and entertain the crowds.

the bears cars are just too strong that white jag made a dent when jacked one up and the damage to the white car up near the armco was ruined and nearly injured the driver.

@racestation1 I see what ur saying, but we are commenting on crasharama mate, They had yanks and volvos and they all broke that day, and they didnt win the DD despite having 4/5 of them in it

when you paint a vehicle do you use ordinary paint or get a specialist to do it ?

Ok...Please someone explain to me, Why would you enter in an Enduro style race, when your only going to trash your OWN car?? Isn't it supposed to be thewinner is how many laps you do? Or is this a Demolition Derby? Cause if that's the case, why not stop and go in reverse the to take the others out.

@racestation1 u look at any banger nower days n it will be full of weldin. if the bears were welded more solid than others then y were they allowed 2 race? half the runners werent cos of weldin yet u have stab at the bears who are there for a laugh n a good crash.
