Thanks for watching. We’ve always wanted to go there as we heard it was great. The water on the pools was too hot for the kids though and after seeing that there is a free thermal spring, we might be only coming back there if we’ll have visitors from overseas

That is terrific place for kids and the whole family especially on hot summer days. it is not crowded as well. sorry you had scratches from the slides. the kitchen and restrooms are clean too. my son would love the big bouncy pad

We almost stayed here but I think we didn't because we didnt want the shared bathroom..lol! Sorry that the water slides gave you scratches.. The amenities are great though and it looks like a great place to stay if you are on a budget.. G3 would definitely love that bouncy pad! Great review guys! 👍

Thanks G3! We were hesitant with the shared bathroom but we really wanted to try Taupo Debretts and their hydroslides. It was a bit inconvenient to go out but we do campings from time to time so we are used to be going to holiday parks :) Nothing beats the convenience of hotel though. Lol.

I went here a few years ago and it was so much fun, however the dragon slide was closed but the other 2 slides were open and they were a lot of fun! I would definitely come back to this place

Yes. They actually received a not so good review from a couple who said they weren’t able to relax because there were to many kids and it was noisy and they replied that they are actually family friendly and they have private pools/spa for those who wanted to relax. thanks for watching

I was not sure about the unisex toilets as well but they are not that bad. They were clean compared to other holiday parks but yes they should have done male/female. It would have been much better.

Interesting with the slide review, maybe you should try to use "slide review" as a rag and try and rank for that keyword. I don't know 😅 The intro with the kids was great, made me smile!

Yes and a bit rough. We liked the ones in Hamilton Waterworld and West Wave Auckland. But the best experience is in Great Wolf Lodge USA. We gooe that we'll have more water parks with slides here in NZ. Happy Weekend! 💜

Oh that is great to know. We might visit again then. We love Taupo Debretts. Water is too hot though for the kids but we enjoyed our stay. Loved the bounce pad. We went to Sapphire Springs in Katikati last January. We prefer the water temperature there! So much fun! :)
