There is a mod called player lead peace conference that allows you full control of the peace conference. It is useful in mods where the peace conference is crazy.

Player-Lead Peace Conference is, where you play a minor country, join the winning side, get 1% war participation, then go afk, watch a movie, and when the peace conference triggers, take 100% for yourself. I agree, that border gore, and random pieces of land not claimed by anyone, can be infuriating sometimes. But this mod imho deletes the reward for effort put into this game, outsmarting the A.I., and thus kills the fun in the end. I can see the appeal of this mod. 'Tis not for me. And I hope Taureor doesn't use it for his videos either.

One time I capitulated the United Kingdom and France as Germany in 1936 and it was down to the wire. After a thousand hours in the game I don’t have to play Ironman every time.

Couple of tips on war score. First, don't forfiet the claim, just close the menu and click the map. Cheaper. Second, there IS enough war score to take everything. You are waisting war score by challenging the AI over and over. There is enough to do that a bit, but eventually you run out of score to finish taking everything

The peace conferences have a point cap so you can't keep passing to get resource rights/reparations/seize fleet on everything. I think they just need some systems to deal with leftover land in a less silly way, like if a country is left with no core land like the UK was the land breaks up into releasable countries. And in reality not every WWII surrender was total, Finland for example remained neutral.

When you were wondering in the soviets would get a civil war: After 70 days They decide if they go monarchist or not, 35 days later they will choose if they get a communist civil war. If yes, you See the alt hist branches, if Not you wont. You May also determin this by looking if they have the factionalim spirit and for the left the 4th international spirit. Hope this is helpful
