Ingredients|:
1 kg Qema with fat
2 tsb coriander seed
2 tsb cumin seed
1 tsb garm masla
2 tsb salt
2 tsb red chili powder
1/4 tsb metha soda
Fresh coriander leaves
Roosted Basan 2 tsb
1 onion and 5 green chili grind it and drain its water.
All these Ingredients mix well and make Tawa Seekh Kabab
