Ingredients.
Beef Qema 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsb
1 Onion green chili 5 (chopped and drain its water)
Salt 2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbs
Garam masla 2tsp
Rosted besan 2tsp
Egg 1
Fresh coriander
Together all these things and make small meat balls and fry them.
Oil 1 cup
1 onion
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Garm masla sabat
Amli
Ajwain
Salt and red chili powder
Add Kofta and fry it and add green chili and yogurt
Add 3 liter water and soaked rice 2.5 k
Tomato and lemon added when turn low flame vinegar and soya sauce food color.
