Another Tourist ParkRun done and dusted!!! Well on our way in the A-Z challenge
Good testing course with a variety of challenges. Definitely worth a visit.

Brilliant video and thanks sooooo much for posting. I'm sure we'll use it a lot for local advertising of what we have to offer. Well done for finding the start. We've asked HQ several times to update the website with our new start/finish directions and map, as we moved in June when the new Lidl retail park opened, but no luck so far!. I was out on course on Saturday, so great to see our RD, Sal, really promoting the walking. Thanks again, Paul, Event Director.

Tawd Valley is a great park run. FYI, you wouldn't know it but around 3.35 on the video you're running past the site of what was once a major Colliery in the town. It was just on the other side of the river.

Yeah it is a great run , challenging in parts. Calf’s are still a bit tender now haha. Definitely worth a visit guys

Its evil the editing dont give you the best bits .. e.g. the horrible little hills you have to climb for about half the course :S
