It would be great if you could put some numbers in as well. Mr. x buys ZAR 100 000 of bitcoin, sells 5 years later, Option A: this is was his intent, this will be his tax. Option B: Or this was his intent this will be his tax. Just a few examples would be great! Thanks for the videos, very informative.

Hi Evelyn - I found the answer on this EasyEquities link: support.easyequities.co.za/support/solutions/articles/13000087337-how-does-tax-work-for-the-ec10-bundle- It seems like EasyEquities will issue EC10 investors with an IT3C statement which is basically a Capital Gains statement.

I can pay for taxes on your own, but it can get complicated, very quickly. I recommend getting a tax practitioner / account to help you out.
