Hi, thank you for the video. I received a message from NVC saying "please submit every 2022 W-2, 1099, and Schedule form" for my joint sponsor. My joint sponsor only has w2 and does not have 1099. I already uploaded w-2 but what do I do for 1099. Can I just ignore this if he doesn't have it?

I think its better to upload tax return transcript. Which you can get from IRS website by creating an account.

My wife’s interview is on April 11th 2023 and I still haven’t filed the 2022 yet. Do I need the taxes from 2022 or not? I submitted original i864ez to NVC in Nov 2022 with 2021 taxes.
