Good morning, i have a question can i file head of household if im married and my wife has no ssn i have 3 dependents which are my blood related children. Im very lost. Irs did adjustments to my refound because they want me to file a joint return. But i dont know if there aware of my wife not having a ssn. Tnks u for ur help love your videos

If I haven't worked for a year, would that be an issue? I have not worked since April 2022, because I'm in nursing school. I made about 50k for my 2021 tax returns and 22k for 2022. I have about $150k in my savings account, which is 5 times more than the minimum requirement amount for Me and my fiancé. How would this affect my fiancé's interview?

I'm a bit late in the game to apply for an ITIN for my foreign spouse. She lives in the Philippines and an ITIN would take too long since the Tax filing date this year is mid April. Wonder if I can just file as Married but filing separately instead of jointly due to time constraints.
