all the memes aside, this is actually a great movie, on top of the magical atmosphere that draws the viewers in, it is quite deep and relatable for a lot of today's youth to a degree. people argue whether he is a villain, hero or an anti hero, i see him as a human being like all of us, who has his flaws, did selfless things and selfish things. we aren't used to such characters and love seeing characters in black and white, but in reality most of us are somewhere between the spectrum, grayish, just like Travis. human beings that are light or dark on different occasions. he isn't a hero, not a villain neither, some will call him anti-hero but in the end i think he is just one of us, "quite literally us".(pun intended)
