TAXI SCAMMERS AT MEXICO AIRPORT

These guys at the airport run scams on tourists and try to convince them that they will miss their flight or become stranded if you don't pay for a ride in their taxi. Don't fall for it and don't let them bully you. And UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU EVER GET IN THEIR TAXI! Always book rides in advance to and from the airport. Plan ahead, folks.

This just happened to us the other day and they charged our card 97 bucks. We disputed the charges

My question is, how did you found out the terminal was in delta and not Aeromexico? Is it in the ticket? Is delta the only terminal?

At the security checkpoint, when they checked our tickets, they told us we were in the wrong terminal.

It’s a shame, I’m very sorry about that situation. There is a lack of signals in that airport about how to move to another terminal, it isn’t an excuse.

The taxi guys really take advantage of that. we were in a hurry so I didn't film every interaction but this was about the 3rd or 4th time that the guy tried to get us to take his cab. For an insane price btw. It made it to the point of harassment which is why I started filming him and told him to walk away.

Flying out of Cancun is stressful. But I love the airport. Kinda like a mall in the waiting area.
