Good presentation sir. Purchase of goods from MSE for the F.Y. 2023-24 is lying under inventory as on 31-03-24 and not debited to profit and loss account and payment also overdue. Is it clause 43B h is applicable in the above case. i e. Is non payment to the MSE supplier is disallowed in the A.Y 2024-25 though amount not debited to profit and loss account for the F.Y.2023-24. Please clarify sir.
