That is correct for the 2023, it is possible that the law changed.

2nd question: I thought you just said in previous slide that there is a case for someone to be MARRIED but living separately to qualify for head of household?

yes, a taxpayer can file as HoH if he/she is "considered Unmarried" if that married and living separately individual is "considered unmarried" then they may be eligible to file as HoH upon meeting rest of the requirements for HoH

question!!!u U.S. taxes are for citizen of the U.S. who live in the District of Columbia and the surrounding Territories GUAM VIRGIN ISLAND just to name a few have to pay taxes along with GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES workers POLITICION BUT it does not apply to THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CITIZEN WHICH MAKES them a foreigner, to the U.S. CORPORATION. STATE taxes are mandatory unless EXEMPT but U.S taxes IS VOLUNTERY to Citizens of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA????
