My dear, you have said very clearly and correctly said. RTO or Police must react on this,some decades ago half of the Head lights were painted Black ⚫️ y they're not? Almost heavy vehicle are fitted with 8 to 10 dazzling lights,and on the NH it is very difficult to ride ,many many rented vehicles parked to their whims and fanciest drive shutdown their H.lights......... And so many,when they will change Sundaram from Bangalore 68yrs.
