If you have a lot of the black bean soup leftover you can use it to make enfrijoladas, they're like enchiladas but made with a bean sauce. The super simple way (dad's way) to make them is just heat up some corn tortillas, make a rolled taco with ham and spoon the bean sauce over them. Not at all "traditional" but it was a fast way to get us kids fed. There are plenty of more traditional recipes here on KZbin if you want to check it out. Happy Thanksgiving!!

The first white one I had stained so bad. This one just hasn't yet. All I do is use dawn power wash if something is really cooked on.

Meat is so expensive. You practically have to sell your first born to afford it. I made Beef stew using ground beef and it was great. I'm going to make Beef and homemade noodles using ground beef next.
