My favorite baked bean recipe is a Rachael Ray recipe. I fry up a package or bacon and a chopped onion and then pour them on top of a couple cans of baked beans(I usually use Bush's, but you can use whatever kind you want.) Then I sprinkle a couple handfuls of brown sugar on top and bake it until it's bubly. I would say maybe 400° for about 20 minutes. Before, I started making these I wouldn't even eat baked beans and I've had several people tell me that they love these and they don't really like baked beans either. You can probably look up Rachael Ray's exact recipe if you wanted to, but this works out pretty well for me

Thanks for sharing the seasoning I live near Rochester MN so la Crosse isn't to far of a drive to get a good seasoning. Did you get your cheese from a perticular dairy my favorite is Carr valley just about an hour from la Crosse. They make a thing called bread cheese that is amazing.

We just picked up a variety of cheese at Woodman's and a gas station. If you have a Woodman's near you you may be able too find the pleasoning there. I think I remember seeing that it's available at all Woodman's

I grew up on baked beans using Bush’s. I take whatever can I am using add a little ketchup less mustard then ketchup and brown sugar. Mix give it a taste add whatever you think it needs. I bake at 350 for between 1 and 2 hours depends on how much I am making. I like my baked beans tighter not loose like that they come out of the can, but I am weird lol. I can’t wait to try those everything brioche buns. TFS. It all looks good. Have you ever tried Bbq chicken or pork on sweet potatoes? I need to try those. I do love me some bbq nachos. I know others do this but have you ever thought about asking for recipes from viewers snd you cook them for your family? I think it would be interesting to see others I watch do this also.

The food all looks great. If you want real Wisconsin cheese you have to get it fresh at one of the cheese factories. We have one in Rudolph, Wisconsin that is great. You can buy cheese curds fresh certian days of the week bagged and still slightly warm. We can also watch them make them through a big window. Im with your son on the 10 year cheddar, I dont like it I think it smells like feet. Boyfriend loves it. It crumbles because the salt makes it dry as it ages. Thank you for a great video.

Does Andy not eat what you make? Idea on the fish...Cod can be very 'fishy' if it isn't fresh. My go to fish is also Tilapia. Hope you update us if you make it again. And lastly your beans....I know, or at least think I know what happened...those beans are already seasoned. I have an amazing baked bean recipe that made it into one of the GooseBerry cookbooks. It calls for 2 cans of navy beans. Try it again with those beans, and reduce the mustard. :) You dinners looked so good. Thank you for the inspiration.

Hi Taylor Every thing looked good except the baked beans you said not to make. HA HA. That's ok I have a good baked bean recipe. I think it depends on the brand you start with. We like Busch's. I would like to try the baked ziti. But with ricotta instead of cottage cheese. I have never actually had any kind of baked pasta with cottage cheese, so I don't know if I would like it, I don't think so. My grandmother was Italian and she only used ricotta so thst is what I grew up eating. Thr nachos looked good I would like to try that as well. Thanks for sharing. Sorry for being do long winded😊. Catch you next time. Have a good week.🌞🌜.

We like the aldi baked beans so I don't think it was that in this recipe. I think there was too much mustard. The cottage cheese is very similar to ricotta in the recipes. I like them equally.

I was actually looking forward to seeing what the ultimate baked beans was and I can understand that it was not a winner. I find that the baked beans in a can are an easy win if you find the right brand and the right one that fits your family maybe some extra bacon and onion or something to spruce it up and then forget about the rest. That ziti looked really good will be trying that don't have your fancy Wisconsin cheese so we'll have to do with. Thank you for sharing I'm enjoying these I said 67-year-old cook ing for three different generations and the younger ones are getting to be teenagers some of your recipes are better than my old tried and true favorites.
