I want to try the Tex Mex chicken casserole. It looks yummy. I love pork chops. They looked great. Grilled cheese with egg. Yes please. Hubs would definitely go for that. 😊

Hey, i love your meals & i save your videos to give me some idea for my son (16) & me... but, how can you serve the EXACT same thing 2-3xs in a row? Like the goulash, you said 2night for dinner, 2morr for dinner AND lunch the 3rd day?? Im all for leftovers, but neither me or my son could it the same thing 3days in a row... do you change it up a bit in flavor to make it a tad different??? Just curious....

It gets old lol and I don't do that often anymore. I usually half the goulash recipe now so we don't have much leftover. Lately the only thing we'll eat on for days like that is chili and yes I switch it up. Like one night we'd do regular chili, another night nachos, and another night on hotdogs. The goulash also freezes well. So you could freeze the leftovers.

The one I've been making lately is actually a recipe I linked in the description. There's a store bought one that we love more though and that's the uncle Ben's flavor infusions Spanish style rice. It's the closest we've found to the kind you get at the restaurant

It's so good, and this recipe makes a ton!! We had 2 nights of dinner and one lunch and there was still enough for another dinner, but I gave it away.

🤣 Definitely half the goulash recipe. I forgot that the whole recipe is still too much for my family. We had it for dinner twice, and lunch. I ended up having to give away some because we were tired of goulash Lol
