yes it can! the most common phenomenon is"cockroach allergy" it is caused due to the debris ( waste of cockroach) which can cause whheze,sinusitis,respiratory allergies ( note-not skin allergies).this can be diagnosed with a blood test and its very common in countries like India and Singapore.

No your child is very underweight and she is the weight of a 4 year old child. There are multiple reasons and we will have to investigate. People saying children active is normal is stupidity!
