Not that hard. They fill those girls with helium…..her normal weight is 120 but due to the floating effect of helium her net weight during this act is around 6 pounds. Hydrogen would be even better but there is a risk that a spark or cigarette would set her off.

Everytime i see one of these, and especially this one, i am struck by the tremendous strength and skill of the guy and the extraordinary grace and aplomb of the girl. I've watched it several times - it's amazing. The girl is just a goddess. I don’t quite understand one point - in gymnastics, usually at the time of fixing the position, the palms are straight, and Caylee keeps them clenched into a fist. Is this a feature of cheerleading or Caylee herself?

Whenever I see videos of this sport I always say that it's amazing and obviously takes a lot of hard work and dedication. But then I ask, what are they going to be doing for a living in five years? Don't get me wrong there's nothing wrong with participating in sport while in school. It's just that sometimes these young people forget to have a future plan that doesn't include that sport.

Some of them are actually studying! Many of them made plans to get a useful degree, with much of their work financed by the scholarships they earned thru cheer competition. Hard-working, intelligent, positive young people. GO GET 'EM, CHEERLEADERS!!!❤❤
