Avalanche fans might be the biggest babies around. Nathan MacKinnon is a great player who had a great year but what Taylor Hall did this year, especially after January 1st was some of the most dominant hockey I've ever seen by a forward. He literally carried an entire team on his back. Get over it already Hall was the mvp fair and square. He did more and at the very least as much with less. MacKinnon has the talent to be in the mvp race for the next 10 seasons but this was not his year. Sorry, but seriously get over it.

Been a Devils fan for as long as I can remeber but I never reflected over the fact that they never had a player who won the hart trophy, they have always been more of a "team" then just one guy (Marty asside but he could never win the scoring race) and that's why I cheered for them but now I really appriciate what Hall has done for the team.

You are all forgetting how impossible it was considered for the avs to even sniff the playoffs this year not to mention make it. Hall was amazing so its not a joke but MacKinnon was more terrifying as a player all season and had more points per game. Not to mention he had the most game winning goals of the year with 12 which is 5 more than Hall. I love hall but the trophy should have gone to MacK.
