Clip from the soap opera 'The Bold and the Beautiful'. In 1990, when Taylor was introduced as Caroline's oncologist, she was initially only featured in connection to Caroline's leukemia storyline. This was one of the first scenes, if not the very first, where she was shown to have a life outside the hospital. Taylor was such a great character in the 1990's....and Storm is great here as well! Too bad the show turned him into a creepy shooter stalker! And Taylor is a shell of her former self - since she returned from the dead in 2005.

treg1980 Brooke didn’t become a shell .. she was manipulative and obsessed with Ridge from day one and she and Thorne manipulated ridge and Caroline do that Thorne would get Caroline and she would get ridge. .. she used sex appeal to allure men and keep them .. she hasn’t changed much.. she has matured some but she values feelings above all else..she always has and still does..Taylor is who got watered down to some pathetic she’ll.. it’s a shame..how the changed her character..

s a m e garbage in 2020. i just can't fathom how the writer's of today can't see or understand that the show could still be saved and find some flicker of glory again by reverting back to at least some of these golden era b&b templates. for Pete's sake if they even just started by using some of the original scene soundtracks and musical scores I am certain it would immediately improve the show by 100% IMHO.

Ashford was the maiden name of her mom. At high school she haven't a good relationship with her father, who her and his brother blamed for their mother's death... So she goes by her mother's name. Hamilton is her father's name. Hayes was the name she was known as a world renowned psychiatrist and she became that when she was in her first marriage with Blake Hayes. Then obviously you know where she take the Forrester middle name 😉

They were all over the place with these details around Taylor. 😂 By the time Blake came around, she was supposed to have gone to med school in Texas (I think?) on Blake’s dime while they were married. Then by the time Grant came around, they were old lovers from Northwestern. She was an oncologist, then had a double specialty, then was only a psychiatrist. Her maiden name was Ashford, then Hamilton. It’s hysterical how they kept rewriting her back then. I’m not even going to touch the rewrites later on...

Yes, Tylo was not the best actor at the time, he did a better job at acting. So she went from an ocologoist to a psy......who never practices nowadays. Tylo is not the beauty she use to be, she is characterized as one who just sits and takes anything..awaiting for Ridge.....I am glad she came back from the dead but she is not playing a good character believe she lost it while away, plus her drinking did not help it. I am sure she had plastic surg, but she used to be the prettiest woman on TV.
