She really should have gotten best actress, she created a whole new level of more to Regina George and katarina lenk(I hope that’s her name, didn’t really enjoy her performance) seemed a lot like her movie counterpart. Taylor seemed to have made the most originality for her character. It’s not that hard to copy another person but Taylor hasn’t seen the film to avoid acting too similar. I think they should’ve gotten at least one! I saw the show yesterday and their choreography was w o w. There’s a lot of dancing in the musical, and literally all of it was so complex which is crazy because as they did they continued to sing flawlessly.

I thought the choreography was amazing and the acting really sold it, but the vocal quality was kind of disappointing. Taylor hit the high notes, but lots of times her singing sounded off pitch and breathy...?

She’s also moving around a lot, give her some credit. Also she kisses him then resumes singing that’s actually incredibly difficult especially in a performance where she has to hit so many high notes. But yes it usually sounds better live than in a recording
