Two things that were said, and were totally wrong: 1. People aren't rooting for Piper, they are rooting for Alex and Piper and Larry is in the way. 2. I don't know how anyone hated Alex? Laura's first scene was a shower scene with Taylor..... Bottom line, Alex is the best, and Alex and Piper should be together.

When Laura (Alex) disappeared in season 2 I felt that someone very important was not in this show. Alex is a complement to Piper. One cannot live without the other. Luckily Alex returns to filming and we can happily enjoy this great show. Congratulations to the two great actresses: Taylor Schilling and Laura Prepon.

I don't understand why anyone could say they hated alex ever in season one or two. She is fun and snarky and makes valid points when it comes to the way she and piper originally ended things. I mean, sure, the Chicago thing wasn't cool, but honestly it was piper who I hated more the first season for leaving alex the way she did and treating her that way when she got to prison. Piper could have not taken the bag, and I'm sure if she tried even a little alex would have been fine not having her do it if piper had really put her foot down. Piper has a problem with responsibility. But honestly, I love them both and sometimes I can relate so much to piper because I have so many similar other traits as she does. There are good and bad sides to every character.

Not totally sense, because no one does. But his choices are very understandable in my book. They are not to be condoned, but understandable which are two different things. I will never get why people will hate him and root for Alex, who is a much more selfish person. That I don't get.

She has thrown Piper under the bus three times to save herself. +If they get together on the outside, she will commit a parole violation, so she will get back in prison. And Piper will probably have to commit new crimes, since she will alienate all her friends on the outside by choosing Alex. They wont help her get a job and her life back together.

holmbjerg honestly, yes, I think that's part of the reason why lol but they also have good chemistry, better than piper and Larry have and you can clearly see that, even though they don't have the best relationship at the moment. But at the end of the day nobody knows how season 3 will turn out. I do agree with you on how Alex isn't really good for piper though, I mean, it's pretty obvious why. Alex could kill pipers whole family in front of her and people would still want them to be together ahaha, it's just the way it is and not even that, we hardly see Larry anyway. We mainly see Piper and Alex together so people will easily be drawn to their relationship more, than Piper and Larry's.

This isn't Taylor's 1st role. Mercy was a short-lived series she was on and Kate Mulgrew played her mom! Alex, Piper and Larry are 3 of my least favorite characters on the show. Most of the others have more interesting stories/backstories. Among my faves: Red, Yoga Jones and Taystee.
