Not every girl is as a lucky and fortunate as Billie, who had parents who kept their kids out of school in hopes that they would become something in the entertainment industry, while all the while they're out on auditions trying to become something in the industry. Her mom was on X Files, and her brother was on Glee. And then also, to have a brother who can write and produce all of this music for you professionally.
