As much as I love so many of her performances, nothing beats Taylor and the guitar. So so glad you did these!

I really appreciate your reactions, because you appreciate the density of her lyrics - bars...she sings them rather than spits em, but they still BARS...then you turn around and appreciate how she speaks to our heart, our truth, our pain...and though to HEALING (tho that takes a while) and does it so melodically....mmmmm. This isn't why she is beloved...she tells the truth

Cornelia Street is about her ex Joe Alwyn. Karlie was like a sister/twin from her dreams as she references in "It’s Time To Go". Karlie killed their friendship. Those rumors need to stop.

You’re allowed to be upset about what your “friend” did to you. Taylor says, “You don’t have to forgive and you don’t have to forget to move on.” Taylor teaches us it’s okay to feel those feelings in the moment you’re feeling them but then not let it stop you from progressing forward. That’s what you’re doing. ❤️❤️ great reaction’

I so appreciate your method: not pausing, sharing your reaction in your facial expressions, and going into depth at the end of the song. My idea of the perfect reaction. Thank you. You've won me!❤

I love you so much for doing these - and both in one reaction! You spoil us. Fun fact - Kiss Me was the first song Taylor learned to play on the guitar. I loved watching your face during Death by a Thousand Cuts (written after a movie btw)! That bridge is SO powerful and she kills it live. "Quiet my fears with the touch of your hand, paper cut stings from our paper-thin plans" are some of my fave Taylor lyrics. Also, THANK YOU for talking about toxic positivity. I have bipolar disorder and I can tell you it never works the way it's intended. Ooh - her performance with Mary J. Blige is phenomenal! It's from the 1989 tour and it's the 2 of them singing Mary's song "Doubt". If you haven't already, you should check it out. Makes me feel things.

Idk if you ask me that’s definitely a betrayal by your friend. Even if you and the girl were done there’s a way to do things and your friend lying to your face then waiting until you’re far away to make a move is dirty work. Love the reaction as always!

I love the comparison of cornelia street to Kiss me by sixpence none the richer ❤ Because that is such an underrated love song and cornelia st is a love song but also a song about the fear or losing the relationship (I think cornelia st is about Joe alwyn and not Karlie cause Karlie stabbed her I the back and they aren't friends anymore) Death by a thousand cuts was inspired by the movie someone great (a great movie on netflix) and this movie was inspired by Taylor swift's song clean (if you haven't listened to it you should totally react to Taylor's version of it and some live performances) 🫶 I love your reactions cause you get Taylor's music 🎶 welcome to being a swiftie 🫶

I believe that she is so generational, because her songs are UNIVERSAL. the THEME of her songs are, you may not click with all of them but I can assure you there is at least 1 song that will make you feel things and remember things. and THAT is the talent that she has. (NOT the only one but the most prominent one) we all have experienced or will experience either by ourselves or people that we love: love, sadness, happiness. heartbreak, sickness, loss, friendship, end of a friendship, insecurities, excitement, hope, divorce, retrospect and so many more emotions that SHE herself has gone through or watch a loved one go through it.

I love "DBTC" and my all-time favorite line is: "paper cut stings from our paper-thin plans" don't know why but that one line kinda hits (which is weird 'cause I do not associate it with my husband at all, but I guess it could be an ex that made me feel that way)

Like others have said, her longpond studio sessions are amazing (think you may have checked those outs already), her enchanted/wildest dreams mashup from the 1989 world tour, and out of the woods and wildest dreams from the Grammy museum. All really good live stuff from her

I feel ya dude, I feel ya. You have to fully process heartache, anger, and pain etc. i tend to wallow in my worst moments and it’s taken me years to find a balance between allowing myself to feel the negative emotions and pushing it all away without ever working through it. These are two of my favorite performances she’s ever done. Will you do wildest dreams/enchanted from her 1989 world tour performance? There are some pretty good videos of it on KZbin. Some of her best vocals from the 1989 era, in my opinion. Thanks, & Enjoy!
