When Speak Now Taylor's Version came out, she told her audience at her Eras Tour to be kind on the internet, I believe she did sing the song, she also said that she only sang and/or re-recorded it because she wanted to own her music. After what happened when she re-recorded Red, Jake received a lot of hate, so she repeated to be kind on the internet.

Yes she wanted it to be about the music and not the guys, , and it was a good choice because she knows who John is as a person and that he tried to sue her last time, and that he would definetely bash her in the media if he got hate, so she was smart to say that before releasing Speak NowTV.

You can see how much she’s always put into her live shows. Yes they’ve gotten bigger with more production into successive tours but that’s because she said specifically at the beginning of her career that she loved live performing so much so most of her money that she made off each tour was put aside so that the next tour could be bigger and better. She also did the same with her music videos (unless she was donating the proceeds for a cause) her music videos started quite simply but got bigger and better bc all the money she made off each MV was put aside into making the next video a much bigger production. Which you can really see with the 1989 MV’s - Shake It Off Was entertaining but in the grand scheme of everything was a huge cost whereas the Blank Space video (her first with Joseph Kahn directing) was a massive production complete with a behind the scenes interactive doco style thing that won her an Emmy, & made her even more money which led to the Wildest Dreams video which was shot in Africa (she donated the proceeds of that to African wildlife conservation bc it was right after a controversial killing of a famous lion by an American (I think) big game hunter) and the Out of the Woods MV both of which again made stacks of money leading into the Reputation videos. As great of a singer/songwriter is, she’s also proven herself to be an incredible marketing and financial manager which she easily could have made a very successful career out of if the music hadn’t worked out for her 😊

And nobody who is this good works this hard.” She is what happens when a once in a generation level talent is combined with an almost puritanical commitment to mastering the craft. I’ve said before that she is a song writer the same way Roger Federer is a tennis player. They both have the ability, in their own fields, of making the extraordinary look almost mundane.

You should check out Paper Doll by john mayer. Its clearly about Taylor, even referencez some of her lyrics. Also, the line "I'm shining like fireworks over your sad empty town" references his hometown Bridgeport, CA, and how its an ex industry town thats kinda "empty" now.

Taylor has always blamed her self for problems or fights in her relationship’s. Even the songs allegedly about Joe her last boyfriend of 6 years she blames herself and talks about how he was a better person than her. I can understand how some people may believe it since crazies even put fake, ridiculous court papers online. John's fans told him he should sue.
