"Cute kid" she's in her 30s lol. Anyways, as a fan, I've adored the way she has always been involved in her crafts. All her songs are written by her and recently, she's started taken charge of directing her own music videos. Through her actions, she gives off the vibe that she's not the type of person to just sit back, let her team handle everything and just reap the benefits. Of course, she does have teams working for her (being as big as she is, it's a certainty that there's plenty of people working for her) but it does seemed like she has a personal hand in everything.

Kanye inadvertently gave her free massive marketing when he told the truth a couple years ago about Beyonce Single Ladies video being one of the best videos of all time and much better than Taylor’s. He told the truth but his rudeness gave Taylor an opportunity that her team ceased.
