This performance is so perfect to me. The choreography, vocals, the stage effects, literally everything! Taylor has been very involved in planning out all her shows and performances since the beginning. She also hires people who put on Broadway productions to bring her vision to life. Its a SHOW!

This performance doesn't get old. I thought the song was cool on the album but this version takes it somewhere else entirely. That transition with the pyre and the choreography as she falls, it's insanely good and so creative. I love watching people experience it for the first time!

Taylor is a performer . . . but first and foremost, she's a storyteller. It's her storytelling that truly makes her music unique. I definitely would suggest just listening to the music and really absorbing the lyrics. The Folklore album is magical.

One of my favourite things about Taylor is that she has kept most of her back up singers and band without her through her entire career. And she tries to keep as many of the same dangers as she can too. On top of all of this, she is probably pays some of the best wages and bonuses to her touring crews of any artist likely of all time.

Love the focus and appreciation for the production itself. Its so easy to look over all the small aspects that build her grand performances. You might enjoy Tolerate It from the Eras tour. Its more slow/sad but it truly is like a miniplay midconcert.

At one point, her voice, the lights, and the violins were so synched it was crazy good. This is one of my fave songs of hers. I love that she always sings: "They say I did something bad". You should see some of the videos where she is writing her songs. It gives more background on how and why she crafts songs. I would like to see your thoughts on her Lover video and live performance.

This is lightyears better than Taylor-haters jumping into every comment section of every news article to say she has no talent when it is obvious that they don't even know her music. BTW, I'm not sure that "same room" or "same background" necessarily means what you think it means. Perhaps you are right, but I would need more clues. I've seen lots of reactors, but I have not noticed the "same room" phenomenon. Can you name names or give links? I'd like to make my own comparisons.

If so, we shouldn't be surprised that some people might pick the same ones. Theoretically, he could make it look like his is broadcasting from the Swiss Alps, right? I've done that in meetings.
