I live in Nashville and have friends who work at CMT and I've had the awesome chance to meet a lot of people behind stage at shows or at the CMA, and I'll say hands down she is one of the nicest ones out there. At least when I met her a while back, I guess it's possible maybe all of the stardom changed her, but I like to think she's still a nice person no matter how her persona she shows the world has changed.
