The beginning shes a zombie cuz during the whole kimye thing people were saying #RIPTaylorSwift, 2). Her being in the bath tub is something the media said about her bathing in a tub full of diamonds 3). The scene with the snakes is bc people called her a snake 4). The car crash means that ppl said she only cared about fame 5). The cage is how she felt caged in 6). The robbery is her robbing a streaming service bc people called her money hungry for taking her music off Spotify 7). The fake barbie scene was how the media made it seem like her group of friends "squad" was this fake group who all looked alike (tall and skinny) and taylor was their evil leader 8). The part with the men represent how the media would say her relationships were fake and she controlled them and forced them to obey her (8 men she has 8 ex's) 9). The part of her standing above the other taylors represents her old selves trying to get to the top to save their reputations but she kills them 10). They made her get in the bathtub and robber her because of that big ass diamond.
