His name is Christian Owens, he happens to be one of Taylor's dancers, he also sings quite well, and has his own music out, he also opened a few eras concerts for her

You can see that hunka hunka Christian Owens dancing on Taylor's 1989 and Reputation tours. He's especially visible on the Reputation tours songs. 🫶

This was for Joe Alwyn, and just another example of how her songs about Travis show that they are so much easier with each other. Every song about Joe had some sort of undercurrent of anxiety "I highly suspecious that everyone who sees you wants you" " We were card sharks playing games and I thought you were leading me on." The references in the board games were to Cruel Summer, which is definately a song that very ambigous about whether it's a good relationship or a bad one. "I snuck in through the garden gate every night that summer," which if you've never heard the phrase "leading down the garden path" means lying to someone. Lover is also a good example of wedding imagery that she uses, begging Joe to marry her, but accepting the role of "lover" instead of "wife."

Christian Owens is the co-star in the video. He's one of Taylor's dancers. He also sings and Taylor helped him get a record deal. Lover is a beautiful song. It was originally about Joe, but in recent performances the energy has shifted to be for Travis.

If I remember right, each room is a different color to represent the different albums she's had. I do remember from the behind the scenes, the scene with the fishbowl which seems extra random is to represent how her life is a fishbowl and a guy has to join her in it

If Taylor finds out that one of her dancers or singers (who have their own dance and singer group names) wants something more, she will actively support them in any way possible. Most of her crew is decades old, and she only wants them to leave if they are following their own dreams. Chris Owens was one of those dancers, and she gave him more to jump start his solo career. Taylor is truly THAT friend.

Owenn was one of my openers last year at my show :) he was AMAZING! That boy can Dance, sing, had stage performance. This song is also what made my daughter an official Swiftie :)

I love the things you pick out when you're listening to react to. If you've never listened to or watched any of the behind the scenes on how Taylor writes her songs, I highly recommend checking it out. I think you'd really enjoy watching her work. A lot of the things you point out are some of the parts that she puts a lot of consideration into (like the my my my my)
