I don't think there should be such a thing as "Old Taylor" and "New Taylor" because those are two completely unreal things, it's one girl who has simply evolved. Can you guys all say you are the same as when you were 17-21 now? When I was first a fan of Taylor at around 15 I was a teenager who just couldn't get anything right. Now I'm a 20 year old woman who is just trying to be happy. I'm very different to who I was 5 years ago, but I'd never expect any family member or friend to say " We want the old you back" because I simply grew up. The style of her music is different but the emotion is the same, you just need to listen for it.

I don't thimk means death like people think. I think she means that the old Taylor that is innocent, naif, and forgiving is over. I think she is saying that she's in a world that the old Taylor can not live. It's sad but she always saw the best of everyone and then they all take advantage of her kindness. The new Taylor has matured to know that she can't trust everybody.... That's my opinion.

Actually, it's a six-stringed instrument tuned like a standard guitar, but built, shaped, and styled like a banjo so that a player can get that banjo sound while still playing with guitar fingering. I've seen and heard both Swift and Keith Urban use it in their music. I'm not sure what the instrument is called, probably "banjitar" or "guitanjo." Interesting little instrument! And I'm sure Swift is laughing at all the mean people out there ... all the way to the bank!

While I do miss her older music, I love her newer music as well (and I don't generally like pop music so that's saying something). I overcome bad days by listening this song. Sometimes, there're somethings as not as I hope my life, my relationships,..as well as others'views to myself. They say I can't do it but they don't know what I 've tried for along time🤧. I love lyrics" Somedays, I'll be big enough so you can't hit me" love you Taylor 💕, you can do it and me too.

I just watch the you need to calm down music video, and I just realized how you need to calm down is a reflection ofChange, Mean, and Shake It Off.

You are so smart and know your surroundings so well and can read people so well too... I love how in the beginning of one of your songs you threw something out to your right in their direction and then in this song came out be those two girls as if this song was made for them to realize how they are becoming and to have them check themselves before they become cold .. . amazing woman !!!!!! with personality !!!

It feels so weird looking at the crowd actually living in the moment and enjoying it and not everyone recording the performance in their mobiles.
