The audio was modulated for sounding good in theatres and was not changed again to fit the output of tv , phone , earphones i guess . She sounds better in fan videos from tour.

This video itself was edited to mute background noise and enhance her voice. In the Disney+ concert, you could hear the fans and background singers singing and the music at normal volume and mixed in with her voice. Believe me, I watched that part of the concert a million times and it did not sound like that in the live recording
