I grew up in a place with lots of room to run and play and my dad built us a swing set and my best friends lived next door and we were both homeschooled and as soon as school was done for the day we would be outside in our own little world until dark. It was amazing.

I like how you talk about her childhood and why she is successful and still humble and just not letting the bad side of fame get to her. Yes, it's because of her parents and the support system she has over the years of her career. This song has always made me emotional but when I saw this video I literally cried through the entire thing😭😂😂 I’m glad she had a stable childhood too. Her parents actually got divorced in 2011. It wasn’t in the media or anything - I’ve been a swiftie since fearless and I somehow didn’t find out until last year. When I found out it was like I found out my own parents got divorced. Both of her parents are still very involved in her career tho and civil so I think it’s great that she has them.
